I'm a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Yoga teacher. I created SHAPE PHYSIO to help runners who want to reduce their injury risk as well as build a solid foundation for their runs. My goal is to provide education through my blog, and eventually, through classes and programs to help you get in your best running shape with minimal time, equipment, and most importantly with minimal risk of injury.
It doesn't need to be complicated to increase your strength and mobility as a runner and you can have fun doing so. I aim to provide affordable online options for anyone ready to create some change in their body and be a stronger runner.
